At Gulf Star Sports, we believe yoga is more than stretching  it’s a way for children to build confidence, focus, and inner calm while having fun.

Our Kinder Yoga program for Kindergarten introduces young children to mindfulness, movement, and balance through gentle, playful yoga activities.

Kinder Yoga helps children connect their bodies and minds through imaginative poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation games.Each session is carefully designed to promote flexibility, strength, and body awareness — while encouraging kindness, patience, and self-control.

Classes are playful, safe, and filled with creativity, helping children feel calm, centered, and confident both during and after each session.

What We Teach

Fun, age-appropriate poses and stretches that develop balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Simple breathing techniques that help children focus, relax, and manage emotions in a positive way.

Activities that improve posture, strength, and understanding of how the body moves.

Yoga helps children feel more in control, comfortable, and proud of their abilities  inside and out.

Story-based yoga sessions and themed activities keep every class engaging and joyful.
